Italian Short Film Day 2017 την μικρότερη μέρα του Χρόνου στο Ιταλικό Μορφωτικό Ινστιτούτο
Την Πέμπτη 21 Δεκεμβρίου 2017 είναι η μικρότερη μέρα του χρόνου. Στο Auditorium του Ιταλικού Μορφωτικού Ινστιτούτου θα παρουσιαστεί η Italian Short Film Day 2017. Θα παρουσιαστούν ταινίες μικρού μήκους στα Ιταλικά με Αγγλικού υπότιτλους. Σε συνεργασία με το το Εθνικό Κέντρο Ταινιών Μικρού Μήκους (Centro Nazionale del Cortometraggio).

Στο Βόρειο Ημισφαίριο, η εικοστή πρώτη Δεκεμβρίου είναι η πιο μικρή ημέρα του χρόνου. Κατά συνέπεια η μέρα που εορτάζονται οι ταινίες μικρού μήκους σε ολόκληρο τον κόσμο. Η πρωτοβουλία που ξεκίνησε στην Γαλλία το 2011. Ήταν από το Centre National de la Cinématographie et de l’Image Animée. Διαδόθηκε ταχύτατα σε ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη. Σήμερα έχει εξαπλωθεί σε πάνω από πενήντα χώρες στον κόσμο.
Η ιδέα ήταν να προσφέρουμε στο ευρύτερο κοινό μια ματιά στο κόσμο των μικρομηκάδων, στους ανθρώπους που δεν συχνάζουν στα φεστιβάλ ή σε διοργανώσεις ειδικού ενδιαφέροντος. Το Εθνικό Κέντρο Ταινίων Μικρού Μήκους προτείνει ένα πρόγραμμα με πρόσφατες ταινίες μικρού μήκους με διαφορετικά μεταξύ τους είδη και φορμάτ. Ένα πρόγραμμα για το ευρύ κοινό που όμως μπορεί να δώσει μια ιδέα για το που πηγαίνει ο νέος ιταλικός κινηματογράφος και ποιες θα είναι οι αυριανές τάσεις.

Michele is 16 years old, one day ,at the warehouse where he works, a foreign girl, Parnì shows up. She came from Serbia to look for the boyfriend Maicon from who she has no more news and she knew working here. Michele is the only one that seems to remember about him. Parnì is determined in wanting finding him and she manages to convince Michele to help her.
Insetti di Gianluca Manzetti, 2017, 20’
A little insect inside an electric circuit triggers the alarm of an apartment. This little event will be the meeting beetween the nephew of the apartment’s owner, an old unstable neighbor, and the eccentric block’s security guard. They will find themselves locked in a vortex of misunderstandings and violence. The same existential condition of the little insect within the circuit.
