Mixed-media performance on healing. Platelets The cave is based on Italo Calvino’s text ‘Waiting for death in a hotel’ staging the thoughts and feelings of war prisoners Diego and Michele. In search of answers that will heal their wounds, Diego and Michele are discovering and accepting their fragility. When people find themselves in emergency, they tend to cling one to another as platelets do trying to form a protective layer…
Η mixed-media performance Αιμοπετάλια Η σπηλιά βασίζεται στο κείμενο του Italo Calvino «Waiting for death in a hotel» και πραγματεύεται τις σκέψεις και τα συναισθήματα δυο αιχμαλώτων πολέμου: Ντιέγκο και Μικέλε. Αναζητώντας απαντήσεις που θα γιατρέψουν τις πληγές τους, ο Ντιέγκο και ο Μικέλε ανακαλύπτουν και αποδέχονται την ευθραυστότητά τους. Όταν οι άνθρωποι βρίσκονται σε κατάσταση έκτακτης ανάγκης, τείνουν να προσκολλώνται ο ένας στον άλλον όπως τα αιμοπετάλια προσπαθούν να σχηματίσουν ένα προστατευτικό στρώμα…
